At Trendora AI, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality AI-powered product research tools. If you're not completely satisfied with your subscription, please review our refund policy below.

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 3-day free trial on our Pro Plan so users can evaluate the platform before being charged. Because of this, we do not offer refunds after the trial period ends and the subscription becomes active.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are only granted in special cases, such as technical issues that prevent access to the platform. All requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at trendoraaiofficial@gmail.com with your account email, the reason for the request, and any supporting information. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Paddle Billing

All payments are securely processed via Paddle, our payment partner. Refunds, when approved, are issued through Paddle according to their processing timelines.
